Associate Communications Advisor and Writer

Kapil Khimdas is a brilliant narrative developer, a thoughtful listener and an experienced strategist.

He grew up in Sarnia, Ontario and has lived in the UK, Boston and Toronto. By day, he uses narrative and storytelling to help organizations scale their impact.  His work ranges from advising organizations on how strong narratives can lead to more purposeful leadership, culture and strategy to helping speakers prepare compelling talks.

By night, Kapil serves as co-lead for TEDxToronto, Canada’s largest non-profit TED Talks event, devoted to the mission of spreading important ideas from the Greater Toronto region to the world – put on each year by a team of 60 volunteers.

Kapil’s past has taken him through the worlds of global management consulting, hospital operations in both the UK and Canada, as well as an MBA and Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University. He has also worked as a consultant with McKinsey and Company.

At LRC Kapil plays a key role in our signature narrative development to help leaders and organizations use story and narrative to build strategy, culture and brand.
